Our phones always ring to people, not call centers, and not robots. No matter what time of day you call, we will have a staff member on the other end to answer or call you back shortly.

Dedicated Care Management

From the moment you first you will have an assigned Care Manager that will walk you through every step of the process and help connect you with the best care.

The Cost of Care

How we price cases

We believe that prices should be based on the content of care, not just on the number of hours. We set a goal to create a more fair system of reward for our care staff and a more fair pricing model for our clients. To determine our prices, we focus on the following 3 areas:

1

Clinical Need

Companionship care shouldn't cost the same as Clinical Care. Cases with clinically complex needs receive care provided by individuals with years of training in their specific area.

2

Distance from Care Staff

We source our staff from a wide variety of locations to help reduce the distance needed to get to a client. When that is not possible, the cost of care may increase to ensure consistency of care.

3

Length of Care

The final piece considered is the length of care. 1 and 2 hour cases are flat rates, while higher hour cases may receive a discount based on the amount of down time during care.
